Worse Mcds ever! It may be clean but the service it awful. I ordered my food through the drive through and they didn't give me my sandwich instead I got fries. So I had to go in the Mcds with my toddler to fix the order. They gave me a hard time with my order. At the end I got my sandwich but I wonder what they r going to do with the fries. Isn't it a health issue taking the fries back and give it to someone else. I would think for making the mistake they would of gave me a coupon or the fries that were in my bag. There are better Mcds around the area. I'm just thankful I looked at my order before leaving the parking lot.

3rd time I have stopped at this McDonald's at 515am and they didn't answer the drive thru. I'm glad they are 24hrs. This restaurant is horrible, please double check your orders cause they will be wrong! Service is horrible, you never get a thank you or anything! Don't go there.

If I could give this less then one star I would. I really hate going to this location. I work right around the corner so about ever six months I try this McDonald's again. Today's experience was no better. Ordered two large cokes and two frappes. I was given one soda cup right away. I reminded her that I purchased two. The cashier asked to see my receipt. I had just placed the order with her. Haven't even walled away from the counter yet. Then stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting on the frappes. There were no customers waiting inside and no viable line at the drive through. Eventually someone asked what I was still waiting for and I told them. After asking several people, they found the girl that was assigned to make the coffees. She said that she didn't know she was supposed to make them and that the machine was broken anyway. Then the crew just stared. No apology, no offer of a refund. The manager who had been standing there the whole time asked me if I went through the drive through and said he couldn't do anything until he knew who had taken my order. Even though I still hasn't moved and had my receipt. I explained to the manager that I needed a refund for my frappes because the machine was broken. He told me that my frappes had been replaced with coke so I could just leave. I paid for the coke! And in what way would $2 worth of coke equal $8 in frappes. I was astounded. But this is not the first time they have tried this. I explained to the manager that I purchased both cokes and both frappes. And that if they could not provide the product then I wanted a refund. The manager told me that he would have to take my name and phone number for their corporate office. I did eventually get my refund. I have called the complaint number several times. They are polite and listen and tell me the owner will call me. But no one ever does. Save yourself some time and drive to a different McDonald's, it will be faster in the long run.

3x fail in one try. I ordered two meals, one with a coke and one with a diet coke via the drive through. They gave me both drinks with out saying which was diet and without depressing the lid. Next they tell me I have to wait about 7 min for the grilled chicken after I have paid, if they had told me when I ordered, I would have gotten something else. At this point it's not exactly fast food. I can get over these two simple issues but then they only give me one order of fries instead of two in the bag. I tell them that I had two fries since I ordered two meals. We go back and forth for a bit, it is clear from the payment that I ordered two meals. They then tell me there are no more fries and I have to wait even longer. At this point I tell them to forget about it and leave. Also no napkins in the bag, you have a pretty straight forward job, it's spectacular to screw it up in so many different ways.

This place has had severel chances to try to change my mind of what wreck this establishment is... but as you can see by only two stars they still fall short of well...Everything. I think they send the fast food flunkies here. Every time I go here my order is wrong, The employees are rude, and they dont carry an item yet or its cold. not a good establishment at all.

So today is the first time I did drive thru at 10 PM and order a few things. The girl who talked to me kept laughing while she was talking (having fun at job is good, but not laughing while talking to customer more than 3 times during the conversations). After paying on the first window, i got to the 2nd window. The first thing was a girl tried to give me someone's orders and I said no. THEN she asked me what I ordered. I was like "......." . So of course I repeated all my order again, every single one. I felt like my order wasn't even existed :/ aw.

Can you avoid this place ??? I am so not a fast-crap eater - had a coupon for a BOGO Big Mac - and it was literally a lengthy discussion with the dumbo behind the counter who couldn't even READ the coupon! Seriously...... Sad ....,

Horrible place! Uncooked food, l-o-n-g waits, rude employees...must I go on? It's a shame, because the convenience could be great, but this place just has no respect for customers or regulations.

Very convenient location, open 24 hours. Service has been efficient so far, and food has been good by McDonald's standards. Good edition to the Grosse Pointe/Detroit/Harper Woods area!

I normally start my fast food reviews like this: It's McDonald's. That being said you know what to expect. My experiences here over the past couple months have been pretty consistent with the exception of last night. The only thing I'd recommend for this location. Serve your after mid-night menu, after mid-night. We were really looking forward to breakfast once we saw it on the menu this morning at 12:10am. The lady said as we tried to order breakfast, We're not doing that right now. I said not even after midnight? She said no. Then I drove home.
